A combination of Tai Chi and Yoga moves designed to aid in fall prevention, balance, and stress reduction.
A short relaxation meditation will also be included.
Excellent for those recovering from surgical joint replacements and other health related conditions that prevent more aggressive exercise.
Class Capacity: Onsite 35; Virtual unlimited.
Each class is 50 minutes.
